The Maremma Natural Park is only a few kilometres far from Poderedodici. The park spreads from Talamone to the mouth of the Ombrone river and has a number of itineraries for trekking or biking (with or without guide). In spring the park is coloured with flowers and green bushes of the Mediterranean scrub such as corbezzola, myrtle and wild pomegranate. In summer our suggestion is to visit the wild Marina di Alberese beach where along the street you may have the chance to meet foxes and deers.

The perfect way to end a relaxing stay is surely spending a day at Saturnia thermal bath (30 minutes by car) where you could choose among the free thermal falls known as Cascate del mulino or benefit from the spa treatment in the resort.

Sea lovers will surely have a trip to the beach of Monte Argentario such as Cala del Gesso or Cala Moresca (from Porto Santo Stefano) or the spiaggia lunga or the acqua dolce (from Porto Ercole). It is possible to rent a boat in Talamone or Porto Santo Stefano to sail around Monte Argentario and enjoy our fabulous sea.

People who love practicing sports could play golf in Saturnia or Argentario resorts. The ones who prefer horse riding will find stables in Giannella locality about 10 kilometres far from Poderedodici.
