All guests can enjoy the swimming pool in the garden and the solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, available within our park.

At the Agriturismo Podere Dodici, guests can enjoy breakfasts prepared by Barbara with local products at km 0. You will find traditional desserts such as pies and donuts, and a buffet of cold cuts and cheeses for those who prefer savory flavors.
Vegetable Garden
In the beautiful Maremma, not far from the farm, there is the vegetable garden of Podere Dodici, where we grow with love fruits and vegetables used for breakfast.
Thanks to the seasonality, we can offer fresh and genuine products, grown with sun and water, and with a minimum use of pesticides.

The rooms and apartments are equipped with: daily cleaning with linen change (for the rooms), TV, refrigerator, kitchen (in the apartments), linen, courtesy kit, slippers, makeup mirror and safe.
Reserved parking is available.
